  • Is anyone else here bummed they didn’t release it for Google Daydream as well? I’m not surprised, but I’m still disappointed.

    • hmm on the website are you able to click on install or something? if so it will automatically download it to your gear vr

      • I have gone to the Oculus store on the desktop, but It hasn’t downloaded onto my phone. Does this work on samsung galaxy s7, but can’t find the requirements for the Insta360 VR app for Gear VR.

        Thanks for any insight

  • Is it possible to view files on your phones SD card (ie similar to local files but for your Samsung Smartphones’s SD card)

    • Hi Ian! Only some phone apps can save files to the phone SD card. Insta360 doesn’t save files to your phone SD card unfortunately.

      • Thanks, the whole vr app scene really needs to come together and support the “obvious” things that NEED supporting – this process is just taking far too long imho

  • hi Mic Ty
when a make stereo video’s with my superb 360EVO, I want to see the result on my Samsung GEAR VR…. but if I put the micro SD card in my Samsung S7+ edge… the insta360 VR does not see my videos, because the pogram look just at the directory insta360VR on my internal memory….

I think it is not a great change on the program to make it so we can choose the directory of the insv or insp files intern or on sd external….
Can you ask the programmers to look for this ???
    Thanks a lot
