Taipan UFO has a modular design that enables it to be used in several configurations such as a ring of GoPro HERO 4/5/6, YI 4K+, BackBone modified GoPro HERO 4/5/6 and Entapano 220/250 optics, 4 or 6 Z-CAM E1 with iZugar 220 lenses and more. It can also accept all-in-one 360 cameras such as the Insta360 Pro, Kandao Obsidian, or Z Cam S1.

Taipan also features easier balancing.  According to Taipan, the design is perfectly “centered,” therefore the only adjustment needed is to slide up/down the camera ring or the counterweights to center the masses on the roll / pitch axes. The roll / pitch axes lie on the same 2D plane so balancing one axis will balance the other as well.

Taipan UFO has been used in a 360 video project called Gomorra VR. Here is a BTS video that shows Taipan UFO Pro.
