Oculus Quest 2 (128GB or 256GB) and HP Reverb G2 are on sale for Cyber Monday that are even better than their Black Friday discounts.
Meta Quest 2 (more commonly still known as Oculus Quest 2) is on sale at Amazon (128GB or 256GB) with a free $50 Amazon gift card when you use the code OCULUS50 at checkout. Oculus Quest is the best-selling VR headset, with approximately 10 million units sold. It is a standalone VR headset that can be used either by itself, or to play desktop VR games with a VR-ready PC wirelessly or with a cable. Tutorial, review and comparison here.
HP Reverb G2 is also on sale for just $399 (regulraly $599). Reverb G2 is a desktop VR headset that has one of the highest resolutions available under $2,000. Each eye has a resolution of 2160 x 2160. It uses Windows Mixed Reality but can also be used for Steam VR games or Oculus desktop games. The downside is that to run it at full resolution, you need a high-end graphics card such as a GTX 1080 or better. Lower-end graphics cards GTX 1070 or less can run the Reverb G2 at half resolution.
