New sample photos from the Ultracker Aleta S2C show much improved stitching.

Ultracker Aleta S2C is a 360 camera that stitches 66-megapixel 360 photos in-camera.  It is one of the highest resolution 360 cameras, after the 136-megapixel Panono (reviewed here).  At the same time, the Aleta S2C is much more affordable at around $1215, compared to around $2299 for the Panono (Amazon or B&H Photo).

A newly-released firmware update improved the stitching quality, as shown in new photos released by Ultracker.  Check out the new photos here.

Ultracker said that they are sending me a review unit.  I will be testing it as soon as I receive it.  For more updates on the Aleta S2C, bookmark my Aleta S2C page.
