VTE update: Sharpening and denoising 360 photos – which software?

Which software should you use for sharpening and denoising your virtual tour photos?  I’ve updated Virtual Tour Edge 2.0, HQ Method, and HQ Lite to include a new video tutorial that shows the advantages and disadvantages of three software for sharpening and denoising: Topaz Gigapixel AI, Topaz Sharpen and Topaz Denoise.

Whether you use a 360 camera or a DSLR or mirrorless camera, you need to sharpen and denoise your photo to get the best results.  Most photo editing software such as Photoshop, Lightroom or Affinity Photo have sharpening and denoising tools.  But you can get better results in less time with third party software such as from Topaz.

Virtual Tour Edge 2.0 is a complete course that shows how to get the best quality 360 photos, while taking less time to edit, by using a DSLR or mirrorless camera.  You’ll also learn to use techniques to create amazing shots that are not possible on a 360 camera.  Here is a sample photo shot on a mirrorless camera and edited with techniques from VTE 2.0.  When I shoot virtual tours, I almost always use the techniques from this class.
