Photoshop CC now supports 360 photo editing. You’ll be able to view 360 photos in 360 rectilinear view (as opposed to a warped equirectangular panorama), which will make it much easier to make local changes to the photo such as removing the tripod from the nadir, or adding text or graphics anywhere in the 360 photo without distortion. Adobe has been steadily adding 360 capabilities to Creative Cloud. Most recently, Adobe acquired Mettle and made their Skybox plugins available to all Creative Cloud subscribers. With the native support for 360 photos in Photoshop CC, Adobe is making CC even more compelling for 360 photo and video professionals. Adobe’s software for photographers (Photoshop, Lightroom) is $9.99 per month, but if you or your child are a student or teacher, you can get a CC subscription with the Education price, $19.99 per month (click on Students and Teachers) for all the programs in Creative Cloud, including Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.
