The360Cam is a crowdfunded 360-degree camera that is designed to connect directly to an Android phone or an iPhone.
Most 360 cameras are standalone cameras. A few, like the Insta360 Nano (for iPhone) and Insta360 Air (for Android), are designed to connect directly to a smartphone, to use the smartphone’s touchscreen controls and to make sharing photos and videos easier.
The360Cam is designed to be such a camera. I say designed because the description is so lacking in detail — not even a delivery date — that it seems really early in their production process (the photo seems to be only CG)
